Modern Ukraine has inherited the remnants of Soviet propaganda: that every citizen does not have the right to individual protection, but must entrust his protection to the hands of the state. The right to protection is a basic condition for human survival.
Frauds, thieves, murderers are waiting for us around the corner. It makes the right to timely self-defense simply necessary.
Recent events in the country also demonstrate the urgent need of Ukrainians to be armed, because that will guarantee the country’s defense. However, the Ukrainian authorities strongly oppose the adoption of the law on civilian weapon, because the regulation of the issue of arms trafficking will destroy the current corruption schemes.
In Moldova, the crime rate has halved since the adoption of the law on weapon. Eastern European countries such as Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, and Bulgaria have similar indicators. The adoption of a law on civilian weaponsin Ukraine will prevent many crimes against ordinary Ukrainians, both by the authorities and by criminals.
