The persecution of patriots in the cases of Sheremet and the Kharkiv patriots, the fictitious truce, the case of the Wager Group – these are the problems that forced the protesters to gather under the Verkhovna Rada building today. Serhiy Tamarin, the head of the Kyiv branch of the National Corps, a veteran of the Azov Regiment, commented Politeka.net on the protest.
“These are very critical problems, and while we still can, we are trying to solve them peacefully, we are trying to start a dialogue with the authorities, although it has long been clear that the authorities are not going to talk. Today, in protest against the total inaction of the authorities, we are again demanding justice. We will see if our demands will be heard,” he said.
Tamarin stressed that it was not the first time that Ukrainians organized several thousand protests against the policy of Zelensky and his team, but “they only continued the gradual movement towards the surrender of national interests.”
“They have already crossed all the red lines, unless Steinmeier’s plan has been implemented or water has not been opened in Crimea, bit such a scenario is also plausible. That is why today the demand to create a temporary commission of inquiry is not our personal whim, it is the need to protect national interests,” the Azov veteran is convinced.
It will be recalled that today the National Corps took part in the action “You can’t hide the truth” held near the Verkhovna Rada, the main purpose of which is to oppose the surrender of national interests. Among the main demands of the protesters: the creation of the temporary commissions of inquiry in the cases of Wagner Group and Sheremet.
