Today, December 18, the fourth international conference of the Intermarium Development Group “Global Turbulence and the Purpose of the Intermarium” took place.
The conference was held in video format with the participation of Ukrainian and foreign guests. A total of 18 speakers from Ukraine, Poland and Croatia were presented.
The discussion joined the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Poland in Ukraine (2016-2019) Jan Peklo, MP Marko Milanowicz Liter from the Croatian Conservative Party and People’s Deputy of Ukraine Sviatoslav Juras.
The conference covered three important topics – Ukraine’s defense capabilities, regional solidarity and the Baltic-Black Sea Union.
The Head of the Central Staff of the National Corps Maksym Zhorin, the Head of the Kyiv branch of the National Corps Serhiy Tamarin, and the International Secretary of the National Corps Olena Semenyaka took the floor.
During the discussion, MP Marko Milanović Liter reaffirmed Croatia’s intention to recognize the Holodomor as genocide of the Ukrainian people in the near future, as he had directly stated in the Croatian Parliament the day before.
We are proud that it was the National Corps that initiated the international dialogue between Ukraine and the countries of Eastern Europe.
Thus, in October 2020, the Verkhovna Rada created an inter-factional association “Intermarium”, which will deal with the development of the Baltic-Black Sea Union.
It will be recalled that Intermarum is a support group of the Baltic-Black Sea Union, which was created 5 years ago by the leader of the National Corps and the first commander of the Azov Regiment Andriy Biletsky.
