The National Corps insists that the Constitutional Court should declare the law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Circulation of Agricultural Land” unconstitutional.
Even after numerous amendments passed by the Verkhovna Rada under pressure from Ukrainian agrarians and nationalists, loopholes for foreigners to buy land remained in the law, allowing banks founded by foreigners to collect land as collateral. All the companies of Viktor Medvedchuk and Vadym Novinsky in Ukraine are also formally Ukrainian, but we understand perfectly well that these are actually Russian assets bought for Russian money.
We support Ukrainian agrarians in their pressure on the Constitutional Court, which is obliged to declare unconstitutional the law on sale of agricultural lands. At the same time, we keep demanding to dismiss Oleksandr Tupytskyi, the head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, and all its judges, who mitigated all post-Maidan achievements in the fight against corruption.
We will remind, the National Corps from the very beginning supported agrarians who protested against adoption of the law on sale of the land. Together with the protesters, our activists took part in races near the Verkhovna Rada and blocking roads in Ukraine. Then the Verkhovna Rada still voted for the sale of land, but with significant amendments in favor of Ukrainian farmers.
