
The International Monetary Fund proposes to deploy full $1 trillion lending capacity to support countries battling COVID-19.

To provide credit to Ukraine, the IMF demanded the opening of a land market. Or does the IMF think that we are a very rich country and can receive loans only through “reforms”? Or they think that we have no pandemic and we do not need help? Where is the logic of their decisions? And why does the govt see this logic, but Ukrainians don’t?
