Today volunteers of the National Corps have gone to the village of Smolyanynove in Luhansk region, where the fire has been going on for three days, to give humanitarian aid and help put out the fire. Yesterday our group of volunteers urgently went to a place of fire and helped rescuers. All our actions were coordinated with the State Security Service.
Last night, police said that our help was not needed, and everything was under control. At the same time, a house was burning 50 meters away from us, and it was not the only place of ignition, Mykhailo Karabut said, one of the volunteers and the head of the initiative group of the National Corps in Severodonetsk.
Today, according to him, the volunteers of the National Corps planned to rejoin the rescuers of the State Emergency Service, but on the way to the destination of our activists the police stopped and for unknown reasons did not let them into Smolyanynove, although other cars passed. Tomorrow, the volunteers plan to return again, and the humanitarian aid collected for the victims was handed over to the city branch of the State Emergency Service.
