Sumy District Administrative Court upheld the claim of Serhiy Demchenko, a candidate for the Lebedyn City Council from the National Corps. The judge ruled that the commission’s decision to cancel the registration of the candidate was illegal.
It will be recalled that the incompetent Lebedyn commission, at the initiative of the commission’s secretary Larysa Korzh, representing the pro-Russian, canceled his registration as a candidate, so on October 6, we appealed against this decision in court.
We believe that the representatives of the pro-Russian party should be held accountable for insidious actions, so the head of the Sumy branch of the National Corps will file a complaint with the police about the crime committed by Secretary Larysa Korzh against Serhiy Demchenko. We will make sure that the police open a criminal investigation.
