In less than a week, in September, the Lviv citizens will face an intensified problem of transport collapse. Students will become an additional burden for public transport. The necessary quarantine restrictions will only exacerbate the problem, because, although drivers are increasingly breaking the rule, only seated passengers can be transported.
In previous years this problem was deliberately ignored. The city authorities will add several buses and trams, but I do not think that such a step will save the Lviv citizens from standing in queues when it is not only uncomfortable, but also really dangerous.
In your opinion, how can this problem be solved?
