For some people it’s very hard to make it through the self-isolation and not go crazy.
Ministry of Health advice Ukrainians not to practice self-medication by googling new symptoms, because it’s very risky and doesn’t help anyway. There are new systems for diagnosis of diseases. They are still under gradual improvement, but there is no need to panic.

In order to cope with loneliness, I advise you to keep in touch with your relatives and friends. Thanks God, there is no problem with means of communication nowadays. Play games and generally do everything that introverts usually do.
Our main task during the quarantine is to stay healthy mentally and physically, because right after that we will face hard times, dealing with the financial and economic crisis.
And don’t forget about self-education. If you’re fed up with English, I can advise you to start learning Lithuanian. Latvia is our ally in the war against Russia, so Lithuanian language can come in handy not only in terms of tourism, but in international relations.
