The protest in Belarus has become rather ambiguous: the antagonists are the dictator Lukashenko and the pro-Russian ideological opposition. And yet there is a third – the Belarusian patriots, who are fighting both against integration into Russia and with Western “liberal values.”
An action in support of Pavlo Severynets took place today near the Embassy of Belarus. Together with activists of the Order Organisation, the Kyiv branch of the National Corps joined the action. We came to express solidarity with Pavlo, to support his struggle and to wish him success in the creation of National Belarus.
Pavlo Severynets is a political prisoner of the Lukashenko regime and a living legend of the resistance. Shortly before the election, he was detained for 15 days, which continued several times. Thus, they tried to keep him in captivity during the political events. He was charged a few days ago and has been taken to pre-trial detention. The regime seeks to throw him behind bars for a long time.
