Recently, the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine, Deputy Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko made a frank confession. The official openly stated that a number of quarantine restrictions are in fact irrelevant to the fight against the spread of coronavirus. According to Lyashko, such measures were aimed not so much at the epidemic process as at the psychological state of Ukrainians. Simply put, the high-ranking official openly admitted that the authorities deliberately caused panic in society through the implementation of meaningless decisions.
In an interview, Lyashko states that “due to this psychological effect, people have a sense of danger and the need to comply with quarantine measures.” He considers it a great success (!). That is, instead of reassuring citizens in the face of the epidemic, the government deliberately intimidated the population. It is obvious to every thinking person that in crisis situations mass hysteria is one of the key problems of society. However, the authorities of the clowns decided not to fight this phenomenon.
Over the past two months, the government has spent taxpayers’ money on intimidating Ukrainians. Why? Probably because it is much easier to manage frightened citizens. Panicked people will not meticulously analyze the senseless steps of the authorities, think about Yermak’s leaked videos or land pseudo-reform, or even protest. They will focus on the problem of the coronavirus and will do everything to escape from the threatening reality.
Now Ukraine is reaping the fruits of the “psychological measures” of clown government.
