Large-scale floods in the Carpathians caused multimillion-dollar damage to the local population. The government has divided the people affected by the floods into three categories, according to which they will make payments to the victims.
However, the local authorities decide who to include in which category and how much money to allocate. This decision outraged locals. People demand a fair and transparent distribution of compensation, because even those who hasn’t been affected by the disaster are included to this category.
Volodymyr Zelensky assured that the state would not leave anyone in trouble. But the question is, will there be enough money for the real victims?
The National Corps considers such a situation unacceptable. Shame on the government to profit from its citizens! We fully support the victims of the disaster and will continue to monitor the situation, helping to resolve it as soon as possible.
